Business Description
Most of the time, I avoid struggle. I look for shortcuts, quick fixes, and anything that promises instant results. If something feels too hard for too long, my instinct is to move on and find something easier.
That’s why it still surprises me that I willingly sit down with a puzzle that I know will challenge me, frustrate me, and sometimes leave me staring at the screen in silence.
And yet, I keep coming back.
When “Relaxing” Stopped Working for Me
Too much noise, not enough rest
There was a point where my usual ways of relaxing stopped helping. Watching videos felt overstimulating. Scrolling felt endless. Even music sometimes added to the noise instead of calming it.
I wasn’t tired in a physical way—I was mentally cluttered.
I wanted something that required just enough effort to push everything else out of my head, without overwhelming me.
Finding focus instead of escape
That’s when I started spending more time with this number-based puzzle. Not because it promised relaxation, but because it demanded attention.
Sudoku didn’t let my mind wander. It gently pulled my focus inward, one square at a time.
