Manforce 100 mg contains sildenafil, a PDE5 inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). If the product is genuine and contains the labeled 100 mg dose, sildenafil has strong clinical evidence for improving erections. In controlled studies, 82% of men receiving sildenafil 100 mg reported improved erections, compared with 24% receiving placebo. This does not mean every person will respond, and individual effectiveness varies. A few important points: Sildenafil does not automatically cause an erection; ***** stimulation is needed. The usual starting dose is 50 mg, with adjustment to 25 or 100 mg based on effectiveness and tolerability.
