Tadarise 2.5 mg contains tadalafil, a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and sometimes benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). It can cause dizziness, especially when standing up quickly—a condition called orthostatic hypotension. Tadalafil relaxes blood vessels, lowering blood pressure slightly. In some people, especially with certain risk factors, this can cause: Sudden drop in blood pressure when standing Reduced blood flow to the brain Lightheadedness or dizziness ???? Shortly after taking a dose (especially the first few doses) When rising quickly from sitting or lying down If taken with alcohol or other blood pressure–lowering drugs In dehydrated individuals or those with low baseline blood pressure If combined with other PDE-5 inhibitors or alpha-blockers Low resting blood pressure Use of antihypertensives (especially alpha-blockers like doxazosin) Dehydration Older age History of orthostatic hypotension or fainting Stand up slowly, especially after sitting/lying for long periods Stay hydrated, but avoid alcohol Avoid taking it with other vasodilators unless directed by a doctor Take it at the same time daily (if on a daily regimen), to help your body adjust Inform your doctor if you’re on medications for blood pressure, heart disease, or prostate issues Dizziness that doesn't go away or is severe Fainting or near-fainting spells Heart palpitations or chest pain Vision changes or confusion
