Tadarise 10 mg contains tadalafil 10 mg, a PDE-5 inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men. It works by increasing blood flow to the pill when there is physical stimulation, helping achieve and maintain an erection. It does not increase physical desire and requires physical stimulation to work. A personalized ED treatment plan considers factors such as age, cardiovascular health, other medicines, kidney or liver function, how often physical activity is expected, and previous response to ED treatment. For on-demand tadalafil, 10 mg is a standard starting dose; depending on effectiveness and tolerability, a doctor may adjust the dose to 5 mg or 20 mg. It should generally be taken at least 30 minutes before physical activity and no more than once daily.
