Facilities are located in Moscow, the surrounding region, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad area. A nursing team stays on duty at all hours, tracks each resident's condition, administers prescribed medication on schedule and prepares five meals a day according to individual dietary plans. Families may arrange either permanent accommodation or a shorter stay covering the recovery period after a stroke, an operation or a fracture. Residents with restricted mobility are assisted throughout the day and take part in therapeutic exercise and massage sessions. Every building is laid out without thresholds and equipped with grab rails, anti-slip surfaces and adjustable beds.
