My name is Revathy Subramaniam, and I am a Commissioner for Oaths based in Plaza Arkadia, Desa Parkcity.
I am available to assist with matters requiring official oaths, statutory declarations, or document certification.

I provide in-person services by appointment at my office, in full compliance with the Commissioners for Oaths Rules 2018.
Services offered include:
• Administering oaths for:
o Affidavits or affirmations
o Swearing executors and administrators
o Individuals involved in any action, matter, or proceeding pending or to be instituted in any court
• Taking and receiving statutory declarations in compliance with the Statutory Declarations Act 1960 and applicable laws.
• Other related duties permitted under my commission pursuant to Rule 10 of the Commissioners for Oaths Rules 2018.
